They bought local disposal in Blairsville who was my provider.

They increased the rates first year without informing by 28%. Since I have auto pay setup thru my bank, I didn't realize the increase. With no service I called they had piled up late charges by more than $100. I called many people in Advanced Disposal there was no resolution.

They did same this year too by increasing my service by $20. Now again those extra charges are $217.00. I called them, sent them emails. There was absolutely no response. Then I found email for VP operations. Send him an email explaining the situation. Still no response.

I don't know which agency monitor them. I may have to go to court to get my money back.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund, delivery restart.
