Called end of August to change address of service to new residence 3 blocks away in same town.Ask for new receptacle since the one I had was 15 yrs old and in bad shape, and a recycle container which I have NEVER had.

I have been in CONSTANT communication and been TOLD 4 different DATES RECEPITCALS would be delivered. STILL NO RECEPTICALS but YOU CONTINUE TO BE PAID. Shame on you ADVANCE DISPOSAL for NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Please find someone to rectify this matter.I AM TO BUSY TO CONTINUE TO CALL DAILEY AND TIRED OF THE CONSTANT LIES.

Issue was fixed. It took 3 MONTHS AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS.
